The prophetic inspiration
God designed man to be the head, just like He has made Christ to be the head of all things (Colossians 1:18), and God created the woman for the man, to be his helpmeet.
The word helpmeet is the same word that is used for the Holy Spirit, which means one called to the another’s side, specifically to help and to aid. God has designed us with an abundance of gifts and talents so we can function in our design.
The Lord brought me to Proverbs 31 about the virtuous woman and He showed me that it is a picture of His church. As the head, The Lord is where all our provisions flow down from, whether it is love, peace, joy, faith, miracle-working power, or physical strengths and financial provision for our daily needs on this earth. As our Heavenly husband, we have what He has, and He entrusted us with all that are His. That is why the woman in Proverbs 31 does. He has access to what her husband has and she multiplies them.
As His church, we have not only been bestowed all spiritual blessings in Christ by the Father (Ephesians 1), but also been given spiritual gifts, different gifts but of one Spirit.
